The Site is owned by ListedKit, LLC ("ListedKit"). The privacy policy also incorporates by reference the Terms of Use, the User Agreement and the Fees and Credit Policy also available at the Site. Google API Compliance

ListedKit is committed to complying with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its requirements for data obtained through restricted and sensitive scopes. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google's Limited Use requirements, as outlined in our Google API compliance disclosure available Google API compliance disclosure. Security procedures are in place to protect the confidentiality of your data. Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models. We store your personal information for a period of time that is consistent with our business purposes. We will retain your personal information for the length of time needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When the data retention period expires for a given type of data, we will delete or destroy it. You may request for your data to be deleted by contacting us at hello@listedkit.com.

User Consent for AI Apps

Our app may share information about contracts and transactions with private AI models in order to perform automated tasks. By using ListedKit, users are granting ListedKit permission to send information to Private AI models for processing and translation. This information is extracted on behalf of ListedKit and does not make use of Google's OAuth credentials.

Disclosure

We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may share some or all of your personal information with:

• Subsidiaries and assigns of ListedKit and affiliate members. Affiliates will use this information to send you marketing communications only if you've requested their services.
• Law enforcement offices, third-party rights owners or others in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy; respond to claims that a posting or other content violates the rights of a third party; or protect the rights, property or personal safety of other users or the general public.
