The entire Site can be viewed without registration. If you wish to contact ListedKit, some personal data will be collected from you. In some instances, ListedKit may gain access to some personal data through third-parties or affiliates. Some of the information that may be collected can include, but is not limited to:

• Calendar Events: Event titles, descriptions, locations, attendees, dates, times, and time zones
• Event Reminders: Your reminder preferences and settings
• Calendar Permissions: Access to create, view, edit, and delete events on your calendars

Google Profile Information:

• Send calendar invitations to transaction participants
• Manage event reminders to keep you on schedule

AI-Powered Features:

• Our AI assistant (Ava) analyzes email content you choose to share to provide summaries, draft responses, and extract transaction information
• Email content processing for document analysis and information extraction
• Automated email drafting based on transaction context

Transaction Management:

• Associate emails and calendar events with specific real estate transactions
• Track deadlines and important dates
• Facilitate communication with clients, agents, and other parties
• Organize transaction-related correspondence

Important: We do NOT access, read, or process your Google data for any purpose other than providing our services to you. We do not use your data for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any unrelated business purposes.

• We do NOT store the actual content of emails fetched from your Gmail account
• We only store the full content of emails you create or draft within our application

Calendar References:

User-Created Content:

• Email drafts you create in our system
• Email templates you create
• Calendar events you create through our platform

What We Do NOT Store:

• The body content of emails fetched from your Gmail (only references)
• Email attachments from your Gmail (accessed on-demand only)
• The content of calendar events not created through our platform

Data Retention & Deletion

How Long We Keep Your Data:

While Integration is Active:

After Disconnecting Integration:

• When you disconnect your Gmail or Google Calendar integration, we immediately delete all associated authorization credentials
• Complete Deletion: All Google user data (including email and calendar references) is permanently deleted within 30 days after disconnection
• User-created email drafts and templates you created in our system are retained until you explicitly delete them

Your Data Deletion Rights:

Self-Service Deletion:

• Disconnect your Gmail or Google Calendar integration at any time via Settings → Integrations
• Delete individual email drafts, templates, and calendar events you created
• Delete your entire ListedKit.ai account, which removes all associated data

Data Deletion Requests:

To request complete deletion of your data:

1. Email us at hello@listedkit.ai
2. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line
3. Provide your account email address for verification
4. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm completion

What Gets Deleted:

• All encrypted authorization credentials
• All email and calendar references
• All user-created content (drafts, templates, events)
• All transaction data and associated records
• Your user account and profile

Data Portability:

Upon request, we can provide you with an export of your user-created data (email drafts, templates, transaction records) in a standard format before deletion.

Automatic Deletion:

• Invalid or expired authorization credentials are automatically removed
• Temporary data and caches are cleared regularly
• Session data expires according to security best practices

Your Privacy Controls

You have full control over your data:

• Revoke Access: Disconnect Google integrations anytime in Settings
• Selective Sharing: Choose which emails to analyze with AI features
• Google Account Controls: Revoke ListedKit.ai's access via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
• Data Export: Request your data in portable format
• Account Deletion: Delete your entire account and all associated data

User Consent for AI Apps

Our app may share information about contracts and transactions with private AI models in order to perform automated tasks. By using ListedKit, users are granting ListedKit permission to send information to Private AI models for processing and translation. This information is extracted on behalf of ListedKit and does not make use of Google's OAuth credentials.

Disclosure

We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. We may share some or all of your personal information with:

• Subsidiaries and assigns of ListedKit and affiliate members. Affiliates will use this information to send you marketing communications only if you've requested their services.
• Law enforcement offices, third-party rights owners or others in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to enforce the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy; respond to claims that a posting or other content violates the rights of a third party; or protect the rights, property or personal safety of other users or the general public.
• Parties to whom you grant permission for ListedKit to share.
• Service providers under contract who help with the business operations of the Site; or
• As permitted by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process.

All users have the opportunity to opt out of receiving nonessential (i.e., promotional or marketing-related) communications from ListedKit after setting up an account. To remove your contact information from ListedKit' lists and newsletters, simply edit your preferences in your account.

Permanent cookies help facilitate personalized features, such as automatically logging into your personalized home page.
